JEAN-SIMON DESPATIE, CPA

Chartered Professional Accountant and Founder

Jean-Simon  is the founder of My CPA Virtual. Graduated  of DESS in public accounting at HEC Montréal in 2010, Jean-Simon started  his career in a large accounting firm, and then moved to a corporate accounting practice.  His professional career has allowed him to develop a great  expertise in accounting, taxation, IT system implementation, business acquisition, staff management and performance analysis.

 

In recent years, Jean-Simon has notably been involved in the development of the finance department of a major Canadian SME, progressing to the role of Senior Financial Director at the head of the Canadian accounting division. Being considered as an hands-on manager, Jean-Simon is very versatile and excels just as much in a practical role, as in a strategic advisor or coach role.

MARIE-PIER THÉROUX

Accounting clerk

Marie-Pier recently joined the team as an accounting clerk. Looking for a new career challenge,  Marie-Pier is passionate about work organization and loves the technical side of accounting. Her thoroughness and organizational skills makes her an important asset to My CPA Virtual and his clients.
